Domestic Shipping

Domestic Shipping is via Australia Post at a flat rate of $14, Orders will be picked and packed within each Saturday morning for order placed up to 9am Saturday morning.

Need it faster? We offer a 2 day pick and send! Just select from the drop down menu. This option ensure you parcel is posted within 2 day of order.

Pick up from our location in Glass House Mountains, QLD can be arranged on request. Note, this service is only avaiable on weekends by prior arrangement.

Returns

30 Days to Return

For yarn, any items in orignal condition can be returned within 30 days. Once the item is recieved by Sapwood Studio, it will be inspected prior to any refund or credit is processed.

Should your item be a ready made product, store credit will be applied on reciept of the item. No refunds are given for artwear.

In the event of a special order item, The sale is final. Any deposits or payments will not be returned on cancellation.
